Crested Butte's Favorite Restaurant is named after the Owners' favorite North Face ski run at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Ski Area. The Crested Butte Restaurant and Bar was established by Kevin, Sean & Sarah Hartigan on December 16th, 2000 and has grown in to a local hang-out, family friendly restaurant and favorite weekend watering-hole. Sean and Kevin are brother's from Kansas City, MO and bring a southern flare to the Last Steep's diverse menu selections.

The Last Steep Bar & Grill is a long time local's favorite and has the support of many returning customers from all over the United States. Their fanfare is obvious as they have been voted a favorite in the Crested Butte News' annual publication for Best Bloody Mary, Best Hamburger & more! Crested Butte Tourist's love our convenient location, we are just across the street from the Mountain Express Free Shuttle stop at 2nd Street and Elk Avenue, and have a outdoor patio perfect for people watching during Crested Butte Art Festival, Fat Tire Bike Week, Vinotok, 4th of July and Mardi Gras Parades!
